About Us and what we do
We are committed to delivering reliable and efficient services that exceed your expectations. We take pride in restoring the beauty and cleanliness of your property while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Weather
Working outside means we are regularly subjected to the changeable UK climate. We will typically continue working, however there are occasions where heavy rain or high winds will impact our capacity to continue to work safely. In such events, if we are booked to work at your property and the weather changes before we start work, we will endeavour to make you aware as soon as we can beforehand and re-book the work to be undertaken for the next suitable day. If we are part the way through the work at your property and have to stop due to weather conditions, we will prioritise returning to complete the work as soon as it is safe to do so. We thank you for your understanding.
Qualifications and Insurance
We are a City & Guilds qualified Professional User Of Biocides registered company. Biocides are specialist professional grade chemicals used in the softwashing cleaning process. We are also fully insured to undertake the exterior cleaning services we provide.
Our standards
At Poseidon Pro clean we are keen to provide the highest standard of exterior cleaning. However, the cleaning result can differ dependent on the age, condition and previous care of the surface to be cleaned. We will make you aware of any areas of concern following a visual inspection undertaken prior to our quotation. If the quote is accepted and the works commence, every effort will be made during the cleaning process to complete the work with the best possible result.

Which counties do your services cover?We are based in, and provide exterior cleaning services for the county of Hampshire but we also cover West Sussex.

What cleaning services do you offer?We currently offer pressure washing (driveways/patios/decking/walls), patio repointing, gutter clearing and gutter, fascia and soffit cleaning. We plan to offer more external cleaning services in future so please stay tuned.

How do I pay an invoice for cleaning services?If we have provided you with cleaning services, thank you for your custom. We sincerely hope that the result meets your expectations. If not please get in touch with us through one of the communication options detailed on the website / invoice. You should have received an invoice either by hand or through your letterbox at completion of the cleaning works, or shortly after by email. There are multiple options available to you to pay the invoice. Please use one of the instructions at the bottom of the invoice sheet.
