How and why we collect your personal information

When you contact us through our website enquiry form, by phone, text or email as part of the quoting and booking process, we collect personal information you give us and these will typically be your name, mobile phone number, home address (and address of the location requiring cleaning services if different) and email address. Your personal information will be used for the purposes of quotations and bookings only, stored on a customer database, and will not be sent to any third parties.

Payments

How and why we require your payment details

When you agree for us to provide exterior cleaning services, following completion of the work, if payment is made by mobile card reader, no card details are recorded during the payment process. However, if the bank transfer payment method is utilised, payment details of the bank account the funds are transferred from will be visible to us through our secure online business bank account. Your payment details will not be recorded in any other way or sent to any third parties.

How and why we may contact you

We may contact you regarding your quotation or booking, to troubleshoot problems, to resolve a dispute or to collect monies owed to us. For these purposes we may contact you via phone, instant messaging or email with the personal details provided to us.

How to withdraw consent

If you would prefer us not to hold your personal data anymore (such as name, phone number, address and email), please contact us at poseidonproclean@gmail.com informing us of which data you would like us to remove.
